Shandong Stem Cell Engineering Research Center ( SSCERC ) was established at June 2001, and affiliated to Yuhuangding Hospital of Qingdao University. The center is supported by Department of Science & Technology of Shandong Province,and designed by Ph. D Jianyuan Li, the chief scientist .
